Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Use Agreement (this "Agreement"), states the terms and conditions under which you may use this web site (the "Site"). This Site contains various information relating to the LJ’s Impact Foundation ("LJIF" or "We") in the form of text, photographs, graphics, news, reports, and other materials (tangible or intangible) ("Content"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement (and therefore do not agree to be bound by this Agreement), do not use this Site. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Site.

Restrictions on Use

Material from www.ljsimpact.com and any other World Wide Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by LJ’s Impact Foundation or any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary companies (together, “LJIF”) may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of LJIF, EXCEPT: you may download one copy of the material on one computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates the intellectual property rights of LJIF. The material in this site is provided for lawful purposes only. If you download software from our site, the software, including all files, images, contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (together, the “Software”) are deemed to be licensed to you by LJIF. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE IS TO STOP USING THIS SITE.

Termination

LJIF or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all LJIF sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the “Materials”). LJIF may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. LJIF can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. LJIF programs and services are available in many parts of the world. Copyright complaints should be directed to assign member, the designated agent, to receive notification of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
